Booking and Cancellation Policy

We kindly require 24 hrs notice of cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Any cancellation or rescheduling made without 24 hrs notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Please ensure you arrive on time, if you arrive late, we will be unable to extend your session. However, the scheduled rate for the session booked will apply.
